About 12 weeks after buying an SUV for $11,500+the $1,400 warranty the tranny blew out. It's the customer service however that is appalling I brought my truck in for a simple repair (it was stuck in park). It Just happened again for the 3rd time in a year. The second time I had to pay a $100 deductible which I felt was wrong because they had supposedly just fixed it. The third time it was magically not covered by the 5 year warranty that I'm in the 3rd year of. I was handed a bill for almost $200. I am upset because they didn't let me know that it wasn't covered this time somehow. They lied about the price of the replacement part as well, more than doubling the actual cost on the invoice. Then they insulted me to boot in front of my family. I regret ever setting foot on Lee's "ranch". Also just to let everyone know it is illegal to begin a repair job in the state of CT without customer authorization which is what they did. John in the finance dept is still cool with me though. Unfortunately that doesn't change my disdain for the establishment. Oh also when I picked up the truck the day I bought it as part of the sale I asked for a full tank of gas and they only filled it up to half (red flag)! These are some profit-centric maniacs not there at all to take care of customers. I would highly recommend staying away from Lee's auto ranch and especially the repair dept. I've been treated better by drill sergeants. - Shaun

I would like to thank the RV sales and service personnel for all there help with the purchase and information regarding our new Travel Trailer. For instance, today (05/07/2016 Saturday 09:00 AM) when I called about a problem with my Thermostat for the heating and A/C systems. The service personnel do work not on Saturdays, but within less than 15 min. I received a call. After taking with the service tech. The problem was resolved. We would highly recommend Lees Auto and RV Ranch. - Joel

Sal in Sales and Charlette in RV Service are fabulous. Traded my tiny camper for slightly larger one. Given fair price on trade and reasonable price for new one. After short "shake-out" trip, I called with a list of small issues that needed fixing. Charlette scheduled a date to fix everything and was good to her word. One fix wasn't possible so they simply swapped out the defective equipment for other that worked that was in a camper on their sales lot so I wouldn't have to make a lengthy trip if they'd ordered one. Can't say enough good things about this dealership! Lee's is terrific! - Marjorie
Big shout out to the crew at Lee's Auto & RV Ranch. Our salesman and all around good guy, Nick Wargo took great care of us and saw to it that we were comfortable during the process of buying our Wildcat X Limited. He also honored the lower price I found on Arctic Cats website and applied it to the sale. And what really stood out in my opinion was when he showed me the dry rot on the tires of the trailer I was also buying and had them replaced with brand new ones. I would be re-missed if I didn't mention our finance person, Jennifer for making the process easy and very relaxing. Sal gets an honorable mention as well for not only being a nice guy, but for also directing me to the folks with Wildcat knowledge. Did business with their new Body Shop Manager and he was top shelf in dealing with an insurance company that I've had for 25 years and never made a claim and Carl Ricci took care of the red tape himself and my car was completed in the week I needed it to be done, I still may change insurance companies for what they put me through. - Mark

Bought a 2016 zr9000 snow pro snowmobile from lees a few weeks ago. Looked around at these machines and knew I wanted an arctic cat and found this one at a great leftover price. Good financing. Cody and Nick were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the machine. Ended up going back a few days later to buy some parts and riding gear. Satisfied with my purchase. - Greg
We bought our RV here a couple of years ago and they've been great about questions and service. We recently bought a new truck which meant we needed a new brake controller for towing. They installed a new one, and as always quality and craftsmanship were great and the price was in reason. They even stayed a little late for me to pick up my truck! Definitely recommend! - Desiree
I love this place! I bought my car here a few years ago and they have been exceptional!!! The service is so old fashioned genuine and caring. They have always been fairly priced and go above and beyond to get you in and get what you need done in a timely manner. I have never felt pressured to do one repair or another and they have been up front and honest with prioritizing things that need to be done now and things that can wait. I had the very best experience at the ranch. I purchased a new 189R riverside retro camping trailer which was beautiful inside and out. I had made big purchases before and was always under pressure by the sales person That did not happen at all at lee's auto and rv ranch. The sales people were great especially Grace Luginbuhl. I also had a good experience with some of the details of the deal like paper work and costs from Frank. Being a new camper owner I had to learn from the service people how to do some things and take care of different items important for the trailer. Kyle helped me with that and was very patient with me with and my questions while I tried to write notes. I never felt pressured there and was thrilled about the whole experience. I would recommend any one who wants a new vehicle,boat,camper,rv,off road vehicle to check out the ranch! The staff there were easy going and very nice. what we could have done better: Not a thing.

I was moving out of Occupied CT. I had purchased a 24' enclosed trailer from a private seller. Unbeknownst to me, it had electrical, lighting, and hitch problems. I had to get the trailer out of the lot where i was keeping it and it was fully loaded. I needed these problems taken care of immediately. I brought it over to Lee's auto ranch and explained the problem to lee's Dad. He took my keys and number and had me fill out a short discrepency note for lee. He put it on lee's desk for the next day. I hadn't see lee for over a year, and hadn't spoke with him in over two years. Lee got LJ right on it and it was completely done in two days. normally this would be a very short time to get a job done for a customer who just showed up at a moments notice, but mind you, this was the start of the camping season and Lee had numerous jobs already lined up before me, but his Dad explained my dilemna, and he and his guys did a great job in a very short time so i could get on the road. Thanks a million guys and gals!!! - Bill
Very good after sales support. We bought a used Class A and immediately left on a 3 week trip. We returned with a few minor issues which Lee's immediately took responsibility for. None of the problems would have showed up on the pre-inspection, but only after some road time. We live 2 1/2 hrs away, and Lee's was very accommodating in doing the repairs at our convenience, and in a timely. manner.
