It's the customer service however that is appalling I brought my truck in for a simple repair (it was stuck in park). It Just happened again for the 3rd time in a year. We had an awning catastrophe in the storm on 8/5/17. Charlette from the service dept has gone above and beyond our expectations for the repairs to be covered by the warranty! L.J. came out to our campsite yesterday to wind it in and secure it for us to drop off safely next week and he was efficient
