Did business with their new Body Shop Manager and he was top shelf in dealing with an insurance company that I've had for 25 years and never made a claim and Carl Ricci took care of the red tape himself and my car was completed in the week I needed it to be done, I still may change insurance companies -

About 12 weeks after buying an SUV for $11,500+the $1,400 warranty the tranny blew out. It's the customer service however that is appalling I brought my truck in for a simple repair (it was stuck in park). It Just happened again for the 3rd time in a year. The second time I had to pay a $100 deductible
