About 12 weeks after buying an SUV for $11,500+the $1,400 warranty the tranny blew out. It's the customer service however that is appalling I brought my truck in for a simple repair (it was stuck in park). It Just happened again for the 3rd time in a year. The second time I had to pay a $100 deductible -

They have always been fairly priced and go above and beyond to get you in and get what you need done in a timely manner. I have never felt pressured to do one
